Returns & Exchanges

We aim to exceed your expectations with every NUIT piece. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@nuitclothingatelier.com and we will be glad to assist.

Detailed garment measurements and size information are provided in each product listing, and we encourage you to contact us with any sizing questions or uncertainties before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns for store credit or exchange. To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 15 business days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Please contact info@nuitclothingatelier.com with your order information and reason for return before sending an item back to us.

As many NUIT garments are made to order or produced in very limited quantities, refunds to the original method of payment are offered only in exceptional circumstances.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm its receipt and the status of your store credit, exchange or approved refund.

Exchanges & International Duties

For international orders, an exchange requires us to ship a new parcel across the border. Where duties apply, the replacement shipment will be subject to import duties again.

The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes associated with the replacement shipment. Duties included in the price of the original order cannot be transferred or credited toward the replacement shipment.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to NUIT. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. NUIT can not be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or not received.
