A combination of our classic Petticoat Skirt and Four-Drawstring Skirt designs. The Drawstring Petticoat Skirt allows you to modify the shape and length as you desire. With a ruffle along the hem and a ruffled elastic waistband for comfort of wear. Pull on design.

Fibre Content: 70% Cotton, 30% Rayon

Garment Care: Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to air dry.
